Customer Service Representative (Work From Home)

How would you like to work from the comfort of your own home; enjoy convenient hours; use your personal computer to help us meet our clients needs? Sound too good to be true? Think there’s a catch? Well there isn’t. As you can see from our home page, we work primarily with the newspaper industry. Our customer service representatives work from their homes making customer service calls for our newspaper clients.  In many instances, we are checking on the customer’s service and reporting back to the newspaper so they can take appropriate action.

If you are currently employed full time, you will need to be realistic about your availability for this opportunity. To juggle home and work responsibilities, you need self-discipline, a schedule, and cooperation from your family.  The nice thing about working for us is that child-care, wardrobe and transportation are virtually non-existent.

What you will need to have…

    • Windows based computing skills
    • Customer Service and/or Telemarketing experience
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Ability to commit to 16 hours or more per week; half or more on evenings/weekends

Computer requirements…

    • Intel Core i5 processor or better PC running Windows 7 or above (Macs are not compatible)
    • A reliable, fast, broadband internet connection using DSL or Cable (not satellite). For optimal performance, a wired internet connection is highly recommended
    • A USB headset
    • A working printer attached to your computer
    • Google Chrome

Your Duties...

    • You will be making outbound or inbound calls, utilizing a web-based predictive dailing system
    • We have contracts with a variety of clients including newspapers, energy companies, blood doantion centers, charities, etc
    • You could be doing cold calling, surveys, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service follow up, verification calls, business to business calls and more

Telephone Service Representative (On-Site)

Exceptional customer service skills are the key to success when working in our outbound call center located in Rocky River, OH. Duties include extensive customer contact for our newspaper and telephone industry clients. In most instances, we are checking on the customer’s service and reporting back to our clients so they can take appropriate action.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals have a choice of shifts that can meet their needs including day, evening and weekend hours. A minimum of 20 hours is required per week.
